Implementation of Sigma Phone Banking System can substantially reduce customer traffic in branch offices, effectively reducing operating expenses as phone-based transaction costs lower than over-the-counter service.

  Web Branch
 
  Web Branch is a thin-client teller system geared toward facilitating banks in market expansion by deploying a mobile branch built upon a table, a teller, and a PC. It is technically similar to a conventional teller application used by brick-and-mortar branch, structured with sufficient features and capacity to support basic banking transactions - account opening, deposits, and withdrawals – as well as sets of parameters for easy customization. The interface runs o­n a browser in a PC connected to a dedicated server, which processes all transactions and sends the resulting data over a dial-up Internet to headquarters/ data center for end-of-day processing and synchronization.

The simplicity of Web Branch gives it an advantage over a brick-and-mortar branch: cost effective, as well as easy and quick to set up. All things considered, it delivers the versatility and speed required for capitalizing o­n prospective niches and opportunities with minimum financial resources and considerably short time.

 
  Consumer Asset Purchase System
 
  Sigma Consumer Asset Purchase System (CAPS) facilitates banks in administering the acquired loan portfolio. This web-based application spans across the whole process, starting from account validation where data integrity, criteria fulfillment, duplicate, blacklist, and credit facility are scrutinized and verified; to loan disbursement, accounting reporting, account reconciliation with consumer-finance, and reports delivery to Bank Indonesia.

It provides the bank with an across-the-board view over all accounts, giving a full access to personal information; amount, period, and interest rate of the loan; payment schedule; nature and brand of asset under financing; document status (on hold, o­n lend, o­n hand), and many more.

More importantly, Sigma CAPS helps the bank deal with bad debts through an alert mechanism, which warns when a particular customer begins to fall behind payment schedule – a common sign of potential default. It calculates the right amount to be put into bad-debt reserve, based o­n individual loan’s collectibles.
