SIGMA DISASTER RECOVERY SERVICES
Some things in life are unpredictable. Natural disasters, such as earthquake, fire, flood and storm, can happen without warning. Non-natural disasters such as an act of vandalism and riot, also happen so fast that business organizations simply have no time to prevent it. Downtimes can cost businesses dearly.

Cold DRC
As the most affordable DRC arrangement, it provides the same system in the site as in your company's data center. Applications and data need to be uploaded before the DRC facility can be used.

Warm DRC
Under a Warm DRC arrangement, we will provide you with the computer equipment complete with installed software applications and up to the last backed-up data. Only post backed-up data needs to be uploaded to resume operation.

Hot DRC
This DRC arrangement enables the fastest resumption of business operations. Systems with identical applications are already installed and made available at the DRC site. Data is continuously backed up using a live connection between your main data center and the site. Business operations can be resumed immediately.

SERA
The value proposition of Sigma SERA reaches beyond reduced costs resulting from sharing of switching system. More than providing a switching platform, SERA essentially functions as aggregator that provides a single point of contact between banks and billing companies as well as takes over the most crucial and critical duties in bill processing: reporting and settlement. Its coverage extends to all of the non-traditional delivery channels - ATM, cash deposit machine (CDM), SMS, and internet - complementing conventional cash transaction at bank counters.
SERA takes care of settlement between banks and billing companies, synchronizing payment and record reconciliation, and preparing detailed reports in a standardized format that is homogenous across banks and billing companies. This makes reporting more efficient and reports easier to understand.
